District Compensation Report

Staff Positions & Assigned Employees
All members of the library district's staff are part-time employees. The staff consists of a Library Director, Library Services Technicians, Library Services Administrator, Adult and Family Literacy Program Coordinators.
Library Director - Heather Blevins
The Library Director reports directly to the Board of Library Trustees and is responsible for relations with the California State Library, long range planning, advising on District policies, staff supervision and identifying/acquiring funding. The Library Director is a management position at the library.
Library Services Technician/Bookkeeping - Coralyn Desselle
This position reports to the Library Director and is responsible for duties required of the Library Services Technician I position as well as duties required to perform the District's bookkeeping and certain administrative tasks.
Library Services Technician I - Maribel Hansen, Coralyn Desselle, Kimberly vander Elst, Jamie Ferguson, Jennifer Raymond
Library Services Technician II - Suzanne Larsen
Library Services Technicians report to the Library Director and are responsible for the daily operation of the library. They run the circulation desk, assist patrons in their use of library services and products and maintain the physical appearance of the library. They also perform various administrative and programming support tasks as may be assigned.
Library IT Technician - Jeff Hawkins
The IT Technician is a part-time, full-year position responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems and networks for the library and the literacy program, and maintains the District’s public website.
Adult Literacy Program Coordinator - Kelly Wynn
The Literacy Coordinator is a grant funded position responsible for implementing and running a volunteer-centric literacy program for adults who desire to improve their literacy skills. This position reports to the Library Director.
Adult Literacy Program Assistant - Maribel Hansen
The Literacy Assistant is a grant funded position responsible for assisting the Literacy Coordinator in the administration and day-to-day operations of the literacy program. This position reports to the Library Director.
Family Literacy Program Assistant - Jamie Ferguson
The Family Literacy Assistant is a grant funded position responsible for assisting the Literacy Coordinator in the administration of the family literacy program. This position reports to the Library Director.
