Library Adult Literacy Program

Years ago, being literate meant being able to read and write a little.

Then, being literate meant being able to read and write at a level to be successful in today’s world.

Now, in our modern 21st Century, to have the ability to build a successful life, being literate means reading, writing and being proficient at math, technology, and knowing how to solve problems and make decisions.
